Reuters reported that Akruti City Limited is looking for immediate funding of INR2.5 billion, in addition to the INR10 billion in funding tied up in December. This would be for the three to four new projects the Company is planning to launch.
Akruti City Limited Eyes INR200 Crore From BKC Office Complex Sale-Business Standard

Business Standard reported that Akruti City Limited is looking to raise around INR200 crore from sale or lease of its 10 storey office complex at a commercial area in the heart of the city. The Company wants to sell or lease the Ackruti Gold building in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), which offers 68,000 sq ft of office space in addition to ample parking area.
